Dynamic Performing Arts will be introducing LAMDA graded examinations from September 2012. These exams are designed to develop the skills necessary to communicate dramatic text, as they build new skills in voice, diction and posture.

Dynamic Performing Arts invites you to join their inspiring and fun Dynamic Performance Class for 7-12 years. The two-hour weekly session will consist of dance, drama and music where we will explore various performance styles and techniques.

In music they will learn breathing techniques, how to strengthen their vocal timing, and create music through solo and group singing. These inspiring sessions will give them the chance to experiment with body percussion, explore various genres of music such as beat-boxing, rap, classical and world music and help them to develop talents that they never knew they had

Dance will focus on fitness, posture, co- ordination and physical movement. In the term we will touch on various styles of dance genres such as musical theatre, ballet, street dance and contemporary. The dance sessions will be taught in a fun and friendly environment as they progress their technique and overall performance quality.

In drama we will study, voice and speech training, role-play, improvisation, production texts and physical theatre. Each term we will focus on a different theme or script that will be fun and inventive, as we explore the different ways we can use our voice and bodies to create theatre.

At the end of term the various songs, routines and drama pieces learnt will be showcased to your friends and family.

The course is run by Miss Antonia and will also feature guest directors, performers and teachers from the West End to teach the very best!
